Step 1 application process

Hey guys;
So I applied for step 1 and payed the fees and all, then I failed to attend the exam and did not cancel on prometric after my extended eligibility period ended,
I wanted to register again for the exam and I was told I had to pay the full step 1 examination fee, my question is do I still have to call prometric and pay a no show fee or do I just pay the new exam fees to the ECFMG website and schedule a new test without getting back to prometric?

I think it is best to call prometric and verify. And you could call ECFMG and ask about it. just my 0.2cents

You just have to pay the new exam fees to the ECFMG and schedule a new test after receiving your new exam permit.
You don't need to contact prometric since you have already paid for that previous test even if you did not appear.
