OK, this is like the Step 1 version of the pre-med "What are my chances?" threads.
Here's the scenario. I'm a slightly below average student (med 1 average 82, med 2 80, class average about 85, 70+ is passing). I haven't honored anything yet and for the sake of argument, let's say that I don't honor anything in Med 3 or Med 4.
I really want to match into Internal Medicine at my current school, which is a mid-tier state university program. What kind of Step 1 score do you guys think I would need to be safe? (Defining safe as having a 80% or better chance of matching).
