Step 1 High yield sheets & remembered Qs. Are they good?

There are several of these flowing around on the net, like book-house.com & drfrankie.com. For those who have used these, and have taken Step 1 already, can you tell us how high-yield these notes/remembered Qs really are? Thanks.

i havent taken the test yet so i dont kno.. but, i've looked over them and they dont seem to add anything to what is already in first aid, plus they are so condensed that i don tthink itd be much help unless the question wanted you to just spit out a high yeild fact. so i'm not really even botherin with them, as i already have enough material to look at already.

Hello there,

Put them next to your toilet and read them everytime you sit down. It is stuff you should have a general grasp of. If they are the Goljan ones, then you really do need to know them. I take his word as gold.

I have not taken the exam yet, but I have friends who swear by them. Just don't let them consume too much of your time.
