m in the USMLE step 1 status also...I was jsut wondering wt ur take on this studying scheduele:
1) I have 4 months of my 5th semester. In those 4 months Im going to try and do atleast 3 if not 4 subjects of studying. For ex: this month Im doing pharm, next month will be physio, the month after micro and if I have time goljan pathology lec and ntoes.
For all the subjects wt Im doing is watching the kaplan videos and doing their notes and at the end of every chapter Im doing first aid to reinforce and add ntoes so when its a month ebfore taking the step Ill just do my first aid
2) Along with that Im going to take kaplan live prep 7 week course..so this way itll only enforce certain things I dont know into my head and then a month after kaplan Ill do kaplan path all over again and thats it.
3) Im doing USMLE world questions atleast twice, heard kaplan qbank aint all that-so Im just gonna do UWORLD and RX
I know that u understand where Im coming from since uve beent hrough this. please any thoughtsm suggestions, idea, advices tips are appreciated.
