Starting to plan how I am going to prepare for step 1. I intend to use Pathoma, first aid, and USMLE World Qbank since that seems like what everyone recommends.
However, my school got a deal on a Kaplan "live-online" course. I'm wondering if anyone has done this course and what they thought of it. The course includes Kaplan's lecture notes, high yield, question bank, and live-online instruction. I thought I had plenty of time to decide, and didn't realize I have to make a financial commitment to Kaplan tomorrow or loose out on the deal.
I know time is limited, and I want to make sure I can cover as much as possible without wasting precious time. The course is only a month and 4.5 hours per day of online instruction.
Anybody have a recommendation on whether the course is worth it or not? Is Kaplan's stuff any good in general?
Thanks!
