I'm looking for study guides that just have a lot of practice questions for step 1. I have first aid Q and A. Does anyone have other book suggestions?

u could get the board simulator series. kaplan qbook. nms reveiw step 1

USMLE World is the best hands down, and you will probably seem some of the exact question on your actual test. I would suggest you get through UWorld first and then other stuff like Kaplan, Doctors in Training, etc.
