You created like 3-4 threads already and then 1 on facebook. You've been given answers and yet still continue to create threads. People actually took time answering and it seems like it was all in vein. Seems like you didn't value their opinion and continue to seek for a suitable to you answer. What do you want us to say that wasn't said already? COMLEX Level 1 Score

Yes, you can match to IM. Yes, you need to try to improve step 2 and get good letters and good grades in IM rotations. Then choose electives in IM of your choice - community ones probably and then you'll get courtesy interviews. Apply broadly. With J1 visa and a waiver (for eligible IM programs) you are set to go. There is nothing complex in your situation.
