I am just wondering what is best way to review for step 1 is it First Aid or it it better to use First Aid Basic Science and Organ Review books. I am going to use Uworld and First Aid Q and A for questions.

First aid, uworld, pathoma. Don't use the basic science and organ review book. You will get all you need to know from first aid and uworld.

So I am making a pass through FA I should be done by 4/14 or 4/18, our school is giving us some sort of comprehensive nbme test on 4/28. I plan on hitting micro, pharm pathoma a bit ever day, but I haven't started uworld yet, I will likely start that 4/18. So I have a question about u world, obviously you can't remember everything, so is answering the questions more about recalling minutia or being aware of major concepts and and using background knowledge and reasoning ability to answer questions?

It's mostly knowing associations and being able to reason through physiology. Pharm is easy if you know it for the most part (eg it's not for me in some areas just Bc I haven't studied it in 6 months). Some minutiae but most is reasoning through stuff. There's also some diseases in there I've never been taught before lol so it's good to get through it all.
