Hi,

I have heard that the "big three" topics tested on STEP 1 are Physio, Path, and Parm. Is this true?

Is there a percentage breakdown of how many questions are devoted to each topic?

Other than for OMT, would these percentages be similar for the COMLEX and USMLE?

I think from there you need to click on NBOME examinations. It gives a breakdown kind of like what you're looking for, but it's more specific. For example, it list that 13-16% of cases on Step I are asymptomatic. Then a percentage for bleeding, pain, etc....
