Hi Everyone,

Just a quick question. Are you all going home to study and take the test (step 1) or are you taking it at your local med school? I would like to go back home and "relax" a bit with some family support, but I am afraid I would be too dependent on libraries and maybe a little "too relaxed." What are you all doing?

I am about 1000 miles from my mother's house, and I plan to stay at my med school and study. I can't study around my family because they would constantly distract me. I will miss out on home-cooked meals and all the other good stuff.

mm it's depends on you . where did u feel that are studing better with more focus ? study there .

Well, I am fine studying in my apartment at my school. However, I plan to find a library to study at if I do study back home. It would definitely not be as convenient as I am right now. Maybe studying at a library will help me get more focused, as I am starting to lose focus studying in the same place all the time.
Very tough decision.

This is arguably the most important test of your life lol ... Where would you be more focused? Where would there be the least amount of distractions? Do you really want to commute to the library every day? Only you know what's best for you.

I love my family, but studying around them is just not efficient because I love to actually speak and hang out with them when I'm at home ... lol
