I posted this in another section also. Does anyone have any recommendations that are similar to Goljan for step 1? Someone recommended MKSAP 13 audio compnent but it was way too expensive.

I listen to Goljan while at the gym. I bought Forbes Clinical Medicine (for pics) and his book, Most Commons in Medicine. They go along with his audio well.
