Did you guys feel that the actual step 2 CK was more difficult, just the same, or less difficult than most study materials? Some people have said that UW is a bit more difficult than what is on the real CK on purpose to "over prepare" you... and others have said that lately the CK has been just as hard or even harder than the UW questions?

I keep going over and over all my materials and I feel like a lot of the stuff in the Chapters of MTB and Secrets will never stick in my brain for more than a day or two. I ll understand and remember most of the bigger stuff but some of the more nitty gritty stuff doesnt stick... does the CK test a lot on the "nitty gritty" stuff from MTB, secrets, and UW or are these materials a couple notches above what is tested.

Thanks for all your replies in advance... I m feeling like I ll never have this stuff down, I m taking my test in a few days..

No it doesn't. This isn't step 1. Step 2 is a test of common diseases with common presentations as well as scattered difficult questions that you could never study for, but that you will be able to answer if you have an understanding of basic sciences and pathology.

Just do what you can in 3 weeks and take the test.
