Step 2 CK preparation time/materials

I'm just trying to figure out how best to prepare for step 2 CK, so I have a few questions below:

What time did you allot to study for Step 2? Was this time completely open for studying (i.e. took time off) or were you doing a softer elective?

What materials did you use? Question banks, prep books, etc.?

What sort of score %age were you getting on question banks or on NBME CCSSA exams?

What was your actual step 2 score?
