What's the best way to send Step 2 CK scores out now to programs I interviewed at? Should I email the report as an attachment or write a letter and send by snail mail or fax? Or am I supposed to go through SF Match??

i am not sure that it matters. most programs have completed their interviews and have their ranks done by now

I called SF-Match and asked. Just mail them to SF-Match, and they'll distribute the scores. I mailed mine today.
