i'm staying at the 'country inn and suites' across from the airport..i hear that the test center is within walking distance from the hotel...but my test doesn't start until 3pm. is there a good lunch place within walking distance from the hotel? can we bring food to the test center?

for the afternoon test, do we get some sort of dinner break? 😴

1) You will definitely be able to walk--the parking lots are connected. It took me about 5 minutes door to door.

2) There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, Genesis Bar & Grill, that opens at 11 AM and has an assortment of lunch fare, if you are sans car. The nearest Papa John's pizza has super-fast delivery to the hotel. I also noticed a Subway shop across the street the next morning on my way to the test.

3) You can bring food, drink, meds, gum, or other "personal items" to the test center, but you won't have access to refrigeration, microwaves, etc. Anything not locked in the storage cubby will sit out on a table the entire testing period.

4) Yes, you will have a 30 minute dinner break after your 5th patient encounter, and another 15 minute break after the 9th encounter.

GOOD LUCK!! I had a good CS experience in Atlanta.

You are awesome 👍👍👍👍👍

just wanted to make sure agian....its okay to bring your school's white coat right? they just have to put a tape on it to cover up???

Yep--they'll put white tape over any embroidery or patches on your coat. And you can take your own stethoscope, if it's not enhanced, electronic, or otherwise super-fancy.
