Do we ever need to list more than three tests of differentials? Their instructions seem to say that is the maximum number we list, however, first aid has many more common differentials/tests for the practice scenarios.
Thanks for clarifying. So there are three boxes on for each dx and then we can list as many tests as we want next to them? Just want to be super clear on how everything is formatted so I'm not confused on test day. Thanks!

There are helpful visual examples on NBMEs website. Easy to find via google (I'm on mobile device or I'd post a link). It's worth the time to poke around there for an hour or so.
Also, did anyone group tests together (i.e: CBC, electrolytes or AST/ALT/Alkaline phosphatase/Bilirubin) or just put each one on a separate field. I thought the list could get pretty long if we separated out everything...
