Has anyone taken the new step 2 CS?

Just wanted some feedback on the experience, things you wish you knew before you walked in, and the new note requirement...etc

My exam is coming up mid July and just needed some perspective

The new CS requires that you support your differential diagnoses with elements of the history and physical. During my experience, the computers were broken so we had to handwrite every note. It was horrible because I totally didn't finish any note and was getting to the point of cutting my patient encounters short to be able to get to the note. Pretty much it in terms of difference, I guess.

I'm pretty terrified that I might not have substantiated my differentials well enough.

Also, and I'm sure this was the case even with the old CS, but this test is friggin LONG. I took it on a three hour time lag (east coast to west coast time) and I took it in the afternoon. Bad choice. Make sure you are well rested.
