Took the test this week. Quick question. For the patient note, are we supposed to fill out ALL of the supporting findings boxes under differential? For most cases/diagnoses i only filled 2/3 of the boxes especially for the exam findings

I don't think you need to fill it all out - just pertinent negatives/positives for findings and then any relevant testing. For some cases I filled them all out but for most I only had 1/2 - 2/3 of the boxes filled and I passed with that approach!

Comfortably! ICE wasn't my highest section but it wasn't borderline.
