Is there synthetic models, mannequins, or simulators on the CS exam and you are asked to perform a physical exam on it? and if there is, what is the best way to prepare for it?

Thank you so much. I don't know why it is mentioned in the information and description file on USMLE website.. It was really confusing because I haven't heard of something like this in the CS before. I appreciate your reply.

Did anyone encounter this? It sounds pretty confusing, so they could have pelvic exam and rectal exam simulators and you have to show the SP how you're going to perform a pelvic/rectal exam? Awkward much?
