How exactly do we approach the workup? Do we do all the tests that would be done to support our top 3 diagnoses?
Let's say the person has a headache with nausea and vomiting and aura. Migraine would be my primary diagnosis and intracranial mass would be lower on the list.
Do I still put MRI in my workup?
