If a patient comes in with symptoms suggesting migraine- Do we really need to auscultate the heart and lungs? i am thinking of only doing a focused HEENT, NEURO exam and thats it. I feel like it would be a waste of valuable time that could be spent counselling.

Is this approach right or wrong?
