Is it true that you have to take step 2 CS within one year of your graduation ?

I think it differs based on your school. My school requires us to take it by January 1st of our fourth year.

There's no hard rule. I took mine 2.5 years after graduating.

How long did u guys prep for it? Im taking ck in feb and want to take cs after it.
