Step 2 materials for step 3 exam?

Since the step 2 and step 3 are supposedly very similar in content and the way they re tested.. anyone going to use step 2 materials for the step 3? Is it worth buying the step 3 FA or just use Step 2CK First Aid?...... plus Step 2CK FA is newly updated and the Step 3 FA is from 2009.
