Step 2 Prometric vs NBME practice Q?

Hi.

Are the Prometric and NBME ("FRED") Step 2 practice questions that you can download from usmle.org the same? I ask because I can't get FRED to work (even after changing the settings), but I can get the Prometric version (found on the same site) to work. If they are the same, no problem, but if they aren't I need to find a way to get the FRED questions to work.

Anyone? Is this just a software thing or are the questions actually different?
