STEP 2 Should I report?

my step 1 score was 213/87 which was decent but I wanted to do a little better so I took step 2 and got my scores back today, 208/85 😡 . I can't believe it I thought I did a lot better, anyway. I did not release my scores when I sent my ERAS in and I was wondering if I should release them and if programs see the score is it really going to hurt my chances with a worse step 2 score? I know some programs require step 2 by the time they make their rank list. Any advice? Thanks.

Prob doesnt matter much either way. HOWEVER, I wouldn't report. VEry few progs require the step 2 to rank. Since most people go up 20 or so pts on Step 2, it is arguably a bigger drop than it looks. Don't stress too much though. In the grand scheme of things, wont matter much. GL.
