I'll throw a shout out to secrets plus uworld. I thought secrets was good to get a baseline then uworld once you're done with it. Biggest advantage I can see vs those other books is being able to finish it easily in a week maybe even more than once. Then on to u world

I guess that depends on how solid you feel your foundation is now. If you studied hard and did well on your shelves I bet it's enough. But certainly if you feel it's too short, then don't use it; you won't have the right confidence throughout studying. Secrets definitely is not enough to get a great score by itself but with uworld, I think it probably is (again, depending on how strong you feel your foundation is). Either way, good luck and I say keep your book review as short as feasible and then use uworld.
