Hello all,

I am planning on taking Step 2CS in March. What books should I plan to use, and what is a good amount of time to study for it?

Same questions for CK. Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks.

Assuming AMG and native English speaker. Study time = 1/2 day with First Aid CS. Any more than that and you'll regret it.

For CK use USMLEW and First Aid. A lot of people like Crush, but it's pretty much balls.

For CS, First Aid is all you need. Don't even do the mini-cases. I read the first section about the logistics of the exam and then the long cases.

For CK, at this point (assuming you are a 4th year), USMLE World is all you need. You may not even need to get through all of it as long as you keep doing random tests (as opposed to subject test).
