Step 3 Score Report Delay

Hello everyone,
I have read at the USMLE webpage that if you want your score report back for MATCH day (March 17th) its recommended you take the exam before December 31st. Any experiences on previous years? Cause I have heard that USMLE post that announcement every year.
I would like to have more time and take it on January but I am afraid I won't have the results before matching.

It takes 4 weeks, no? CS is the only one that takes a few months.
