Step 3 study books

For those who have taken Step 3 within the past year, what are useful study books? I've heard Crush the Boards is okay, Pretest study questions is decent... any others? How much did you study for it?

From perusing the USMLE Step 3 forum and gearing to take the III soon myself, I can tell you that these are the books I decided on:

1) Crush
2) Strong Medicine
3) HY OB/GYN
4) FA Step III (just for the cases in the back)
5) usmleworld for questions

Another book frequently recommended on the forums was Swanson's family practice, but the reviews on Amazon didn't seem to be too thrilled with it (errors / out of date / pricey for those comments).
