Step II and Trauma

One consistent thing about the posts for step II ck, there is a lot of talk about trauma. I don't know about your surgery books, but mine are pretty whimpy on the subject. Anyone know of a good trauma resource? Book, website, anything? Thanks,

pestana's review of surgery, from kaplan step 2 ck review, is money. used the review book and highlights for the surgery shelf, as well as step 2...did very well on both.

advanced surgical recall is also pretty good for general review, but overkill for step 2, imho.
