Step II CS: Which edition of FA to get?

I was looking online and reading about the First Aid for Step II CS fourth edition and it says in the review from other students that it is not even updated for the new updated exam. Is it still worth getting? I have the 2nd edition and was wondering if that was good enough or do I need to bite the bullet and pay for the 4th edition.

Exam format may change, the content of the exam hasnt changed. I used the second edition for my exam and I did quite alright. At some point, you have to make your own decision.
