I am using the Kaplan materials to study for Step II. In the ID section they often point out the favored drug for treatment as well as some second line therapies in the case of allergies or resistance. Has anyone ever heard of a question where you had to know more than just the first line drug of choice?
Some of the second line drugs are obvious, but some of them are downright painful to memorize!
