Step II USMLE without Step I?

I am a DO student who took COMLEX I only (I know, should have taken the USMLE I). Anyway, now that I'm considering a more competitive residency possibly in an allopathic program, would I be able to take COMLEX II AND USMLE II without taking USMLE I. I'm assuming the answer is no, but just thought I'd ask. Thanks.
