I have my Step 1 in a month and a half

Took an NBME to assess my basal score.. got low 220s

What should be my strategy to break 260 ?

almost the same time to me.I am still working on UW.planning to take nbme few days later,if the score is not good,I am gonna change the time to June.would love to get advices from you guys[emoji14]appreciate[emoji256]
