I was not even aware that Step Up had made a book for Step 1.
Short answer you'll find from most people... no. However I have bought Step Up to Medicine for the clerkship, which has a LOT of neat facts which I realize now would probably have been useful for Step 1 studying (physical exam findings, certain clinical correlations, infectious disease, etc).
