Finally, I e-submitted my application just seconds ago. I have some questions on what to do next.

1) Should I start sending out checks to d-schools or wait until my application gets mailed out?

2) "Send these materials to the dental school Only When an Admission Officer Contacts You". How do they contact us? By email? preferred address?

1) Should I start sending out checks to d-schools or wait until my application gets mailed out?

Yes, send them out because dschools won't even glance at your app without their money. Also send any supplemental materials they want (photo, additional application, etc).

2) "Send these materials to the dental school Only When an Admission Officer Contacts You". How do they contact us? By email? preferred address?

Depends on the school. Some contact you by email (most) and some contact you by preferred address. If you're not at your preferred address, see if you can get someone to watch the mail for you or change your preferred address ASAP to where you are now.
