Still missing 1 LOR

I am still waiting on a LOR from the dentist I shadowed (should be ready this week hopefully) . My DAT was sent out on 9/9 and it seems I have been getting messages that my file is under review from some schools. Should I let them know that another LOR is on the way ? If so is an email good enough or should I call?

a lot of schools only need 3 LOR so i am sure they just wont even look a the 4th. but i would still just get it in asap for the schools who do need all 4 or who want one from a dentist you have shadowed
