Still need advice for Step 2 CK

So, I have finished UW once and am now going back trough it for the second time with 70% correct. But when I took NBME2 earlier this week I got a 181.

One month ago I took NBME4 and got a 183. I have been using Step-Up 2 and just got a copy of Master the Boards 2CK.

Does any one have any suggestions? Books, study ... I am starting to feel like I'm not going to get this. UW seems so much easier than the NBME.

I just need to score somewhere between 189-210. Any thoughts?

When is your exam? if you have more than 3 weeks, go over UW with step up one more time. Pay attention to the concepts and explanations in UW, then take the UWSA and see how that goes.
As far as books go you are using what most students use. If you want something more comprehensive then you may have to go with kaplan but that will require about 2months to go through, good luck.

Of course you're getting 70% correct, you've seen the questions before. The NBME questions are much, much easier than USMLE world, but having seen the ?'s before gives you abit of an edge.

What percentage did you get on the first go around? What were your shelf scores?

Hi again, just finished mid-terms and am just getting back to the boards. My exam is Oct. 31. I am not sure what I got on UW the first time around, it was pretty bad. But I am now offically half way through with the second go, and am reading Master the Boards (Step 3). What Kaplan notes are you refering to? My plan right now is to go thru Master the Boards once more, finish the UW qbank (2nd) and take NBME1. I've already taken UW SA, but that was a couple months ago.

Any more thoughts? The good news is I have two interviews scheduled

I have no idea how I did on the shelf exams, it was >5 years ago. I passed them, but I did get etra time when I took them.
