Yup it's been 3 wks for me and still no update. When did you send yours?
How did you send it ?
Most schools have 2 options:
1) regular mail which is free or quite cheap
2) Registered mail which can cost you up to $20-$30 depending where it is coming from and there is tracking number.
In the case of academic update that is quite time sensitive, you might want to go with the 2nd option and save yourself lots of headache.
Mine went through smoothly and ADDSAS was quick on processing it as well.

the weather of last 3 weeks has been really nasty up in east coast...

I sent mine in January 5th and I know my university sent them out... still haven't been processed. I send a second copy just in case they got lost and I also just this week sent my transcripts direct to the schools I am applying because it is taking so long!
