I called today and was told that I am still under review (I'm an August MCATer by the way). When I asked if they were still giving out interview invitations, she said they stop interviewing on the 17th and they will be inviting students until that date.

How (in)convenient. 🙂

Is that their last day of interviewing or the last day they send out interview requests.

I'm on the same boat as you with the Aug. MCAT, and haven't heard anything yet.

Did you happen to see my post awhile back regarding the status page changing? Did you have a change in yours from welcome name to nothing? I'm still wondering if that means the people who's status page changed have been rejected and just haven't received the rejection letter yet...

My status page no longer has my name, and this was *before* I was told that I was still under review.

I would reckon the 17th was February, but she didn't specify.

its feb 17th...by early march the final acceptances(ie the second round) have already been sent out. i got my acceptance last year on march 5th. i still remember the day. i was an aug mcater as well.

UCLAMAN and I were both August MCATers. I think I interviewed in January, though I don't remember exactly. Hang in there if you haven't heard back yet,

P.S. I pwn UCLAMAN in the weight room. He looks like a beast, but is girly-weak from not working legs enough.
