I don't know if it's just me or not, but I can't seem to find some of these conversion factors to save my life. Maybe I've found them and Just don't know, but my professor wants us to know how to go from various Stimulants to control release forms and what not.
The ones I'm having trouble with are going from, for example, Ritalin to Adderall.
All the sources I've seen don't mention it, unless all you are supposed to do taper the ritalin dose and start at the lowest adderall dose.
Any input?
I've found most of the conversions within the same class, such as Ritalin to Concerta/Metadate.
