Anyone currently using their product/services?

Visited their booth at NANS. They purport to be a 'full service' company for pain practice solutions.
  • Their EMR seemed comprehensive (scheduling to billing) and clinician efficient (low 'click-rate) while allowing for all of the regulatory features such as meaningful use.
  • Procedure templates are designed and coordinated with a coder they have on staff to ensure proper documentation for insurance carriers, thus lowering denial rates
  • Billing was as low as 3-4%!
Disclaimer: Currently using a BIG Behemoth of an EMR :-/
