Strength of programs in Philadelphia, Drexel vs Temple?

I was wondering if I anyone could offer more information on these two schools. I've heard generally that

UPenn>> Jefferson> Temple> Drexel

But was a bit surprised seeing how Drexel is "perceived to be" much higher than Temple on that infamous ranking list (48 vs 76) found on this forum that I will not link. I know that the list is inaccurate in so many ways, but it got me thinking that I'm missing something from the picture...

Penn> Jefferson >>> Temple > Drexel

Unfortunately, Drexel is going through some hard times at the moment, which hasn't helped their situation.
