Is there any way you can reschedule your test? I'm assuming not since you're asking for help here, but thought I'd throw it out there just in case.

What were your weakest areas on the two NBMEs that you took? Pick the worst two or three and really focus on those between now and Monday, especially if they're heavily tested subjects like general path concepts, pharm, micro, physio, or biochem. Let the rest of it go. You don't need to ace every subject to pass the test. Best of to you.

I agree with QofQuimica. Consider changing your exam if you can and focus on your weaknesses and high yield info. When does 3rd yr start for you? Is the 30th the latest you can take it?

You aren't the only one who gets upset in that last week, don't worry! Myself and just about everyone I know has freaked out in the days prior. Good luck!

I just finished taking it today.

There were a few things I was surprised by:
1) the break time was plenty. I think I had like 20 minutes left
2) While I am sure I missed a bunch, there were very few questions that I felt I had no idea about. I had a reason i picked almost every anwer
3) The presentations werent too bad nor were the distractors.
4) The question stems weren't that long
5) Most of the questions with pictures were either answerable from the question stem alone or you were able to eliminate a bunch of answer choices because they didnt fit with the question stem.

Relax and good luck. All of your scores on the NBMEs thus far have been passing. Dont expect to do significantly worse. The exam can be tricky sometimes but it not the beast everyone on SDN keeps making it out to be.

Unfortunately I can't reschedule, so I'm just going to hit the areas I'm weakest at (Neuro and Micro) and just review heavily until Monday morning.

Hopefully it will work out in the end.

Do you have Clinical Micro Made Ridiculously Simple? This is an *excellent* way to review micro... highly recommend, helped me answer all the micro questions I got on my exam.
