Is it okay to say my strongest attribute would be that I am curious and passionate about learning while my weakest would have to be time management and not being able to adapt fast to new situations?

If I were you, I would not put time management as your weakness bc that might be a big red flag.. Think about it this way.. Why would a school want you if you cannot manage your time? You're basically implying that you are prone to fall behind and then who knows what. Why would they want you if you cannot adapt to new situations? After all, going to med school will be a new situation for you. You need to be able to adapt to whatever is thrown your way.

Just my $0.02. I hope I didn't come off as negative and rude (not my intentions!) :/

Agree with the above, I would pick something that seems a bit less substantial. Time management and adaptation are critical to what we all hope to be doing not only for the next four years, but the rest of our lives.

I believe Goro has recommended not trying to spin a weakness into a strength, but I would say something like being a bit too critical of myself, impatient at times, etc. Things that aren't really all that bad, but not necessarily over attempts to spin your answer.

I would stray away rom admitting your time management is lacking, both schools I've been to so far have really stressed this as being a crucial skill to develop, along with adapting to the medical school way of life rapidly. I chose to talk about attributes that I have been continuously working on improving, so maybe your time management USED to be sub par, but throughout college you have worked hard on improving it in order to succeed in medical school and as a professional.

Yeah, I thought so. Just wanted to be honest. But I'll say something about being too critical of myself.

You can frame it in a better light, but not necessarily lie about it.

Yes.

You'd better have a really good answer for the follow up question, which will be "If time mgt is an issue, how can you deal with the flood of info you'll have to learn as a medical student?"

I think its fine to bring this up, but in your answer talk about the ways in which you have overcome this problem and cite specific examples from your application if available.
