Hit World hard and match up your incorrects to your reading source. Figure out the missing link between your reading source and why you got the question wrong, and remember it the next time the topic comes up. Keep churning questions, your average will gradually go up. It's very do-able, just be methodical about it.

I got about a 160 on NBME 15, about 10 weeks out. Studied BRS Phys, BRS Behavioral and Stats, SketchyMicro, Pathoma, FA. Score a 222 on NBME 16 one week before exam, still waiting on actual results.
I did UWorld 1 and 2/3 through - I didn't really take notes - found it took too long, but I would mark questions I knew were important or that I missed for stupid reasons and revisit them.
Morale: you can definitely get up to 210.
