Student Loan Lender Suggestions?

Hi all, does anyone know of lenders that will finance programs abroad besides Sallie Mae? I am an IMG attending medical school in Europe and have been using Sallie Mae the last couple years - they are giving me an obscene interest rate this year though, and I would love to find another option. However, I haven't been able to find any other lenders in the past.

Any suggestions? Thanks!
