Hi, I wanted to get a pharmacy students perspective on Financial aid from a candidate status program. I applied to a few programs that have candidate and was curious about how some of the students deal with paying for school.
Financial Aid and Scholorships
How difficult is it to get a scholorship if your from a Candidate status school (ie UCSD or Loma Linda)?
Once you do meet the requirements to apply for one, sometimes the scholorship will require that the school is accreditated. Has anyone run into this type of problem? Or have any advice once your in a candidate status program?
Also, there are some programs by employers that help pay for tuition like Wallgreens. Do you guys think Wallgreens will help pay for tuition if the school is only candidate status?
Is it just better to go to an Accreditated school and forget all the headache?
