Hey everyone,
I am currently a 4th year and will be doing some away rotations during the months of September and October. I have a fully furnished studio in Adams Morgan area for sublet beginning August 30 till October 23. The apartment is about a 25 minute walk/5-10 minute drive to George Washington, and about a 15 minute drive to Georgetown or Howard. It is about a 5 minute walk to Dupont circle metro station. It is a nice quiet building and neighborhood...I've never had any problems. Price is negotiable because i have 2 cats that I am looking for someone to take care of while they stay at my place. I am willing to have 2 people sublease for the 2 separate months if need be. There is plenty of street parking.
