Have the test in middle of Feb. Currently transitional year on a cush rotation, hoping to get some studying done. Will post #Q's done for the day, pages read, etc to keep myself on track. Anyone interested?

I've been using usmle world q's. Have MTB--3 but haven't started. Thinking of getting FA--3 just for CCS.

Uworld kills questions

Uworld is literally the best experience possible for CCS (if you actually DO the cases).

First Aid was garbage, I stopped after the first chapter.

Good to know. I think I am only going to have time for Q's and brief review if possible. I.5 question set today. Hoping to do more tomorrow and over the weekend. =)

Uworld is literally the best experience possible for CCS (if you actually DO the cases).

Be careful. Anything "overactivebrain" says is unreliable and biased to Usmle world. He works for UW . Check all his posts. For 4 years or so he worked here for UW. Just a warning. He compares other sources and calls them garbage.

Kaplan Q bank is actually very good now and it is only $90 so there is not even a price difference. So I do not see any reason why UW should be preferred over Kaplan. The way Uworld is surviving is through these online fake workers who aggressively promote them with statements like "it kills questions". That is crazy because none of the Qs on real exam are similar to UW type.

I am planning to use only USMLE world for step 3 and MTB. Hope that is enough?
